Pitchers have seen a 3-7+ miles per hour improvement!!! We are happy to announce that 90% of all our boot campers had an increase in top and average velocity. There will not be another Pitching/Throwing Velocity Training Program in the DFW area that compares to what this camp will do for you as a player. There is a reason this throwing velocity boot camp program has been around for the past 12 years, with over 150+ college/professional alumni.

A 10 week series of intense arm care, preventative injury throwing programs for pitchers and non-pitchers who want to take their game to the next level!

Our Ace Prep & PlyoCare Program are a big piece of the puzzle bridging the perceptive gap to teach better-throwing patterns.

The PlyoCare drills are partial or constrained movements that will be back chained into the full throwing motion. These drills are designed to limit the pitcher from being able to actively recall the primary programming of his throwing motion and facilitate the development of better, safer patterns.

By the end of the program, the pitcher will be able to recruit new, more efficient movement patterns when throwing at maximum intensities because he learned them through carefully selected drills.

Velocity Boot Camp (Driveline) Details:

On-Ramping Cycle: (2 weeks) – starting phase to prepare arm for increased stressors on elbow and shoulder structures.

Blending Cycle: (3 weeks) – A traditional 4 oz. to 6 oz. training period using Driveline Elite Weighted Baseballs, beginning mechanical blending with the Driveline PlyoCare Balls.

Overload Cycle: (3 weeks) – We will introduce progressively heavier baseballs in this phase that will increase arm strength and help the pitcher fix common flaws.

Underload Cycle: (2 weeks) – Introducing the 3 oz. baseball in this phase will help build arm speed and help the pitcher feel what it’s like to throw the baseball with increased intensity.

Building the Engine: (10 weeks) – Intense series of weight training of explosive movements to maximize arm velocity with one of our certified Baseball Specific Fitness Trainers
